Authify Terms of Service

General Policy

• No Refunds: Refunds are not provided unless the issue originates from our side.
• Contact Support First: Always reach out to our support team before leaving any negative feedback.
• Legality: Authify operates as a fully legal service. If you encounter any issues, please open a support ticket via our Discord server or Telegram.

Discord Real Members

• The number of members you purchase is exactly what you will receive.
• If you place an order exceeding the available stock, no refund or replacement will be issued.
• Once the members have successfully joined your server, the warranty ends.

Aged Accounts

• Aged accounts are long-standing accounts with an established history of activity.
• These accounts may have had multiple previous owners and could have been used for various purposes.
• No warranty is provided regarding the past usage, ownership, or activity of these accounts.
• If an aged account is banned, flagged, or restricted, no refund will be issued.

Warranty Coverage (Limited)

We only provide a warranty under the following circumstances:

• The account is reclaimed or pulled back — covered under a lifetime warranty.
• The account is invalid upon delivery.
• Any other issue that is directly our fault.

Tools

• If a tool becomes patched or outdated, no refund will be issued.
• Free setup assistance is always available upon request.
• New tool versions are not provided for free — please do not request them.
• All tools offered by Authify are safe to use.

Server Boosts

• Server boosts come with a limited warranty:
• • 1-month boosts: 25–30 days
  • 3-month boosts: 80–90 days
• No refunds or replacements are provided if Discord removes the boosts or terminates the tokens.

FVs Tokens

• Use only the official Discord browser extension to access accounts via tokens.
• We are not responsible for invalid or locked tokens when using third-party clients such as Bluecord or Aliucord.
• Video Proof Required: Always record a video when purchasing and checking the account.

Warranty Terms

• Warranty Period: 60 minutes from the time of delivery.
• If you encounter any issue, you must contact us within 1 hour.

Email & Password Changes

• You must change the email or email password within 6 hours of delivery.
• Failing to do so will void any warranty, refunds, or replacements.

ChatGPT+ 1 Month Individual

• Valid for 30–31 days from delivery.
• All accounts are legally paid — no cracked or stolen accounts.
• 24h warranty after delivery: replacement if invalid on arrival, no replacement after 24h.
• No warranty for bans or actions taken by OpenAI.
• FA accounts — lost access after changes won’t be recovered.
• Service not affiliated with OpenAI — use at your own risk.

Payment Methods & Terms

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in cases of non-delivery or defective products, and remain subject to our review.
• Chargebacks without prior communication will be automatically disputed.

Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers are required to contact our support team before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
• Authify reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks.

Service Availability

• Authify is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.
